Music slow downer

Often times during a session someone will say that they want to learn a tune but "I really need to get the Amazing Slow Downer" first.

Well no more excuses, Microsoft's Windows Media Player has the slow down, speed up functionality. Change the speed without effecting pitch or timbre significantly, only changes the tempo.
