We harvested the first successful crop of oyster mushrooms last night for dinner. As you may recall Sharon bought a grow your own mushroom kit back in January.
Here's the cook, she's so proud.
Some day I am going to learn how to operate the digital camera in manual mode so that I can do some art shots, without the flash washing out the image.
