- 1 1/2 lb Hamburger
- 1 large Onion
- 2 cans Kidney Beans
- 28 oz Crushed Tomatos
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 4 T Chili Powder
- 2 T Red Wine
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 dashes Red Pepper
- dash Oregano
- dash Paprika
- Brown the onion.
- Add hamburger, cook until brown.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stir occasionally.
